We are committed and always want to develop further

As an owner-managed family business, we stand for sustainable, future-oriented solutions.

As an owner-managed family business, our customers have been at the heart of our work for over 30 years. CTE stands for sustainable, future-oriented solutions, partnership-based cooperation, in-depth expertise, many years of experience and the highest quality.

The basis for this strong performance is our committed and skilled employees. We attach particular importance to a respectful working environment, training and further education as well as the promotion of the next generation. In this way, we guarantee our customers optimum and efficient support for their projects from CTE at all times, based on the latest knowledge and the latest standards, regulations and technologies.

Our expertise

With our skilled and dedicated team of more than 70 specialists from the fields of automation and industrial IT, we cover a wide range of different systems.
We put together the ideal project team for you so that you can achieve your goal.

To the Team

System-independent with respect to automation and industrial IT

CTE is strong in qualified systems, but independent. Cooperation with leading system manufacturers offers you a high degree of flexibility in the implementation of your projects. As a future-oriented company, we attach particular importance to the ongoing training of our employees so that we, as specialists, can continue to implement sophisticated, state-of-the-art projects for our customers in the future.

We share our expertise at a high level in around 1000 hours of external training, 540 hours of CTE meetings and 60 hours of CTE forums every year. We also invest around 100 hours in certifications so that we can remain system-independent and always up to date.

Thanks to a large number of certified partnerships, we have in-depth expert knowledge and can call on the rapid support of our system partners at any time. This allows us to respond flexibly to the customer's situation and find the optimum solution.

A head start through expertise in process automation and industrial IT

We therefore motivate our employees to undergo further training every year and provide them with the necessary resources in the form of time and money. The courses are planned annually and are based on project-related customer requirements, specifications from our partnerships, the needs of our employees and the overarching CTE strategy.

The training spectrum ranges from external courses on automation systems, qualification and project management, specialist presentations and trade fair visits to internal system and customer training, as well as the exchange of knowledge at overarching CTE meetings, forums and workshops.

All courses attended are stored in a knowledge matrix, in which all training and further education courses are clearly summarised for each employee. This not only gives us a good overview of all the expertise within CTE, but also allows us to plan and deploy our employees in upcoming and ongoing projects based on their knowledge and skills.

Quality management

We have been certified since 1996 (ISO 9001:2015). Our quality system helps us to provide our customers, at all times, with information about our work, its quality and the test methods used.
