CTE is strong in qualified systems, but independent. Cooperation with leading system manufacturers offers you a high degree of flexibility in the implementation of your projects.

As a future-oriented company, we attach particular importance to the ongoing training of our employees so that we, as specialists, can continue to implement sophisticated, state-of-the-art projects for our customers in the future.

We share our expertise at a high level in around 1000 hours of external training, 540 hours of CTE meetings and 60 hours of CTE forums every year. We also invest around 100 hours in certifications so that we remain system-independent and always up to date.

In the automation and IT sector, standing still is a step backwards, especially in view of the increasing digitalization of the industry. This is why CTE is increasingly focusing on the further development of the company and pooling its knowledge in the newly created Research & Development (R&D) department. We asked our COO and Head of R&D Andreas Langer what benefits this should bring our customers and what innovations have already been implemented.
