ControlTech Engineering AG is an owner-managed family business which employs over 70 people.

Options for working from home

We are no strangers to working from home. In consultation with their line manager, our employees can work from home one day a week.

Free parking spaces and excellent public transport connections

No long search for a parking space, no extra costs for parking space rental: We have plenty of employee parking spaces directly in front of the building. In addition, the 'Altmarkt/Gräubern' bus and Waldenburg railway stop is in the immediate vicinity.

Further training and development

Each year, our employees have five working days available for further training. In addition to external courses, we also offer exciting in-house courses such as training courses on our own knowledge platform MindHub.
