"We always want to keep our finger on the pulse," Stefan Kramberg begins his review. AVEVA World is a global series of events organized by the industrial software company AVEVA. From October 14 to 17, 2024, experts from various industries met in Paris - including pharmaceuticals, life sciences, manufacturing, energy, infrastructure and utilities. AVEVA World provides a platform for customers, partners and experts to discuss the latest developments, technologies and trends in the areas of digital transformation, Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), artificial intelligence (AI), cloud technologies and data analytics from the AVEVA portfolio.
Of course, representatives from CTE are also on site. This year, Stefan Kramberg and Manuel Harsch attended the congress as CTE data experts: "We find the projects with AVEVA products implemented by our customers exciting." During the conferences and workshops, they had the opportunity to visit training labs and listen to customer success stories. Stefan Kramberg adds: "For me, it's also an added value that AVEVA World is not only attended by industries from the pharmaceutical, chemical and food sectors, but also energy, transportation and manufacturing - this allows us to think outside the box."

The target group consists mainly of professionals and executives from various industries such as energy, manufacturing, chemicals, water management, oil and gas as well as engineering firms and system integrators. " Seeq also had its own stand at the trade fair," emphasizes Stefan Kramberg. The software company specializes in advanced data analysis in order to use process data (time series data) in such a way that it brings efficient, profitable and sustainable value to our customers. Seeq's software solutions enable companies to analyze complex data from industrial processes in real time and gain valuable insights from it. Seeq is primarily used in data-intensive industries such as manufacturing, energy, oil and gas, chemicals, pharmaceuticals and water management.

In addition to the familiar benefits such as data processing and storage, the cloud solution also focuses on centralization and connectivity. AVEVA Connect offers companies the opportunity to compare their distributed production sites," explains Stefan Kramberg. He particularly emphasizes the fact that the solution is also suitable for the pharmaceutical industry with its GxP regulations. Cloud solutions are normally difficult in this context."
