IT Network Engineer

We specialize in the automation of production systems and offer related solutions for industrial IT. The family-owned company based in Liestal currently has over 90 employees. Committed and competent system and IT engineers are the foundation of our success.
In over 30 years, we have implemented more than 8,000 exciting projects in sectors such as pharmaceuticals, biotech, food, mechanical engineering, energy & environment and logistics.
Your area of responsibility
You plan challenging IT network projects and implement them in an industrial environment
You specify and configure the appropriate enterprise network components
You make the appropriate configurations and carry out commissioning after thorough testing
You bring your network know-how to the team and to customers

Current Microsoft technologies (MS Partner Network)
Virtualization with VMware & HyperV
Network & security solutions with components from Cisco, Fortinet, HPE, Palo Alto
Microsoft 365 environment (SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, Dynamics CRM etc.)
Monitoring, firewall management, (I)IDS systems
Backup, disaster recovery and cloud services
Your profile
Completed training in the IT sector (e.g. computer scientist EFZ, HF/FH or comparable)
1-2 years of professional experience in the network/security environment
Experience with Cisco and/or Fortinet products
Ideally certifications such as CCNA or Fortinet NSE 4
Interest in industrial IT systems (Industry 4.0, IoT, OT environments)
