New Management Team for CTE

Dominic Brunner and Andreas Langer together are the new management of ControlTech Engineering AG (CTE). From the first of January 2024, they will take over full operational responsibility for the successful engineering firm in Liestal.

After more than 33 years, the founders of CTE and previous members of the Executive Board, Peter and Elsa Bürgin, are passing on the baton: Dominic Brunner (40) and Andreas Langer (42) will take over the management of CTE on the first of January 2024. In future, Peter and Elsa Bürgin will focus on their role as members of the Board of Directors and advise CTE on the strategic direction and further development of the company.

Dominic Brunner

Dominic Brunner (right) studied mechanical engineering at ETH in Zurich and completed an Executive Master of Business Administration at the University of Strathclyde. He has many years of management and leadership experience in the industrial sector. In addition to the areas of marketing and finance, Dominic will be responsible for partnerships and acquisitions as well as the development of business areas at a strategic level.

Andreas Langer

Andreas Langer (left) has been successfully responsible for CTE's operational business and the Research and Development division since 2021. The qualified ICT (Information and Communication Technologies) engineer with specialist studies in automation has also completed an eMBA in innovation management. Andreas has been contributing his know-how to CTE since 2007 - his project experience and technical expertise make him an important member of the new team.
