Office & Project Assistant
We are a leading engineering firm in northwestern Switzerland and, over the past 30 years, have completed more than 8,000 exciting projects for our clients in the pharmaceutical, biotech, chemical, food, beverage, mechanical engineering, energy & environment, and transportation & logistics sectors. We specialize in the automation of production facilities and offer related solutions for industrial IT and data management.

As part of our team, you will support our staff in a wide range of areas and, with your proactive approach and flexibility, ensure that our internal processes run smoothly.
Your area of responsibility
General administrative support for day-to-day operations
Assistance with the optimization and implementation of internal processes
Support for our HR and Marketing & Communications departments
Assistance with creating content for social media, particularly photography and videography, as well as editing and production
Support for our clients' projects in the areas of document storage, document management, document review, and document formatting
Organization, coordination, and administrative support for a wide range of tasks and matters
Support where it's needed most—flexible, solution-oriented, and with a team spirit
Your profile
Ideally, you have completed business training or have experience in a similar role
Excellent knowledge of standard MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Experience maintaining websites using content management systems (CMS) is a plus
You work reliably, systematically, and independently
You are flexible, open to new ideas, and actively contribute your thoughts
You're not too proud to roll up your sleeves and pitch in when needed
A focus on service and teamwork is a top priority for you
You have excellent communication skills in German—both spoken and written
A neat and friendly appearance rounds out your profile
